The Northeastern Pennsylvania Industrial Resource Center – NEPIRC – announced that its 10-week Leadership Development Essentials series will begin on January 31, teaching a new generation of leaders how to effectively manage today’s workforce and day-to-day organizational operations. Classes will take place at NEPIRC’s offices at Hannover Industrial Estates.
NEPIRC Industry Outreach & Program Evaluation Coordinator Nancy Markovich says the sessions are highly interactive and incorporate a variety of instructional techniques including: lectures, work sessions, group discussions, role playing, video, self-assessments, and practical applications. Participants can even bring real life issues to each session to facilitate on-the-job application of the skills learned.
The $895 program cost includes 10 four-hour sessions in the following areas:
