Penn Regional Business Center

Though the Poconos are home to a number of sites that are potentially Wall Street West ready – that is with both dual energy supplies and potentially synchronous access within 125 fiber optic miles from New York City – the Penn Regional Business Center plans are already in place.

The planned Penn Regional Business Center is a 400,000 square foot world-class office complex fully compliant with all federal government and securities industry guidelines and recommendations for business continuity outside the New York City/Metro area.
